OMorro is a pasteurized cow's milk cheese crafted by Rui Caldeira and his family since 2012 on Faial island in the Azores. Made with milk from Holstein and Simmental cows, this cheese is a local favorite and is produced near the Morro del Castelo Branco natural reserve. Omorro features a decadently creamy texture and a hint of tartness.
