Refund policy
Our Return/Refund Policy:
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of receiving it. If item is damaged or incorrect we will provide you with a return label. If you are returning an item and it is not damaged or incorrect you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original packaging must be included (if applicable). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on clearance items, gift cards or food items that have been opened. Returning any product that is intentionally damaged forfeits your right to a refund.
Any and all disputes in regard to our food items must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the product.
All sales are final on all apparel unless there are sizing or quality issues. Before returning items you must get approval via email on our contact page or by emailing us at info@shopportuguese.com. Please do not return packages without approval.
