Please allow up to 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order (this includes if you select expedited shipping). PERISHABLE ITEMS ONLY SHIP ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. If you make your purchase on Wednesday (After business hours), Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday your items will be shipped the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on sales volumes and inventory.
PRE-ORDERS
If your purchase includes any pre-order items your package will only ship when the pre-order is ready.

In anticipation of high package volumes (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your order ship early to ensure that it arrives in good condition. ShopPortuguese.com reserves the right schedule the arrival of your order earlier or later than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions.
Flat Rate Shipping: A minimum purchase of $75 (Continental USA only) is required to activate our Flat Rate option at checkout (This includes 2-Day Shipping for perishables). This does NOT apply items specifically classified as "**Specialty", OR ***Raw Seafood.. Any purchase under $75 will be calculated based on weight. To expedite your shipping, simply select your desired shipping time and you will be charged appropriately at checkout. We ship free to Continental U.S. using USPS, UPS or FedEX.
**In some instances, depending on final destination proximity to our warehouses, courier calculated shipping may be a cheaper option.

*** Wine : Must be 21+ years of age to purchase. Must be received and signed for by an adult. All orders for Wine ship EXCLUSIVELY from our warehouse in San Jose, CA, and do NOT qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
*** "Raw Seafood" items: Next Day Frozen Seafood (Octopus, Sardines, Desalted Cod)
If your order contains any of the previously mentioned items, your displayed shipping calculation is exclusively for those items. Everything, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise, ships FREE.
Primarily shipping from New Bedford, MA.
If your purchase is shipping to any of the following states your products will ship from our warehouse in San Jose, CA: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming (Excludes apparel. Apparel always ships separately from our print on demand facility)
Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian customers do not qualify for free shipping.
Canadian customers: We do not ship any perishable items to Canada. Additional Duty Fees may apply.
We do not ship perishable food items to P.O. Boxes
ShopPortuguese.com does not ship outside of US & Canada
ShopPortuguese.com is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high volume of deliveries, weather, local carrier mis-scans, strikes, natural disasters, mechanical error, terrorism safety control, inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is up to the complete discretion of the delivery person and is therefore entirely outside of our control. Please keep in mind we do not personally deliver your packages to your doorstep. We do entrust our shipping partners to execute their part of the ShopPortuguese.com experience but some things are beyond our control.
