30 Month Aged São Jorge Cheese DOP

From Confraria Queijo São Jorge DOP comes this special, aged version of their world famous São Jorge Cheese.  Ranging from 7 months, 12 months and 30 months this cheese is semi-hard, sharp and gets slightly spicier with age.  Each package is individually wrapped and vacuum-sealed and weighs approximately 11-14oz.
