"São Tomé" Dark Chocolate Spread with Passion fruit

With a sweet and acidic pulp, loaded with small seeds, passion fruit is a much appreciated fruit, combined with the bitter taste of São Tomé chocolate 70% cocoa, makes this chocolate spread one of the most admired.

Inspired by the specific characteristics of this chocolate, we created our 'São Tomé' dark chocolate spreads with fruit. They are made with a minimum of 70% cocoa from São Tomé, one of the best in the world, so that we can perfume the senses with real chocolate, creating surprising mixtures with fruits of Portuguese origin such as Pineapple from Azores, Orange from Algarve , Cherry from Fundão and other ingredients of Portuguese origin (Port Wine, Macieira Brandy and spices).

Passion Fruit (53%), sugar, ‘São Tomé’ dark chocolate (16.5%) (cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), gelling agent (pectin), ginger (0.2%) and lemon juice.
