Bolas de Berlim (Chocolate)

As their name suggests, bolas de Berlim are cream-filled donuts that are Portugal’s version of Germany’s Berliner.  Light and fluffy on the outside the crème is made with a generous amount of egg yolks resulting in a rich and luscious filling.
