Blueberry Jam of the Duke variety, produced on our farm, a large-caliber fruit, a berry with a resistant texture and an attractive blue-purple color, of high quality, with a semi-sweet and mild flavor, a wild fruit, with flavors ranging from the slightly sweet, sour and bitter, flavored with Port wine, from the Douro Valley region (Portugal) which is aged in wood, of great aromatic complexity, evidencing the aromas of dried fruits, such as walnuts or almonds, and acquiring aromas of wood, coffee, chocolate and peppery honey, it combines sublimely with vanilla, a pod from orchids and used for flavoring.


Blueberry (55%), sugar, Port wine (2%) (contains sulfites), gelling agent (pectin), vanilla flavoring (0.2%) and lemon juice. Prepared with 55 g of fruits per 100 g. Net weight: 75g. Contains alcohol.
