Bica Cheese is made with cow, sheep and goat milk and while curing is dipped in red pepper and wine.  This cheese is a semi-hard cheese and is world renown for its intense yet delicate flavor.  Winner of the Best Mixed Cheese Award in the “Queijos de Portugal” Competition in 2019!
