Japanese Pancakes in 1 Minute! 
Are you ready for an explosion of cuteness at breakfast? Shall we cook? 


Ingredients for 3 irresistible pancakes:

Extra topping:

Powdered sugar
Jam 

Preparation:

1️⃣ Start by separating the egg yolks from the whites.

2️⃣ In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the milk, flour, vanilla extract, and Royal baking powder. Mix well until there are no lumps.

3️⃣ Add the sugar to the bowl with the egg whites and beat them gradually until stiff, so that you can turn the bowl upside down without the egg whites falling out.

4️⃣ Then fold in the previous mixture with circular movements.

5️⃣ Grease a frying pan over low heat with a little oil. Then pour in part of the mixture to make the pancakes. Add a few drops of water and cover with a lid to cook for 5 minutes. Carefully flip the pancakes, add a little more water to the pan, cover again, and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Is your mouth watering just thinking about it?

6️⃣ Decorate with powdered sugar and pear pieces. Bon appétit!
