Ovos Moles (literally, "soft eggs") are a local pastry delicacy from Aveiro, Portugal, made of egg yolks and sugar and put inside small casings similar to communion wafers shaped into nautical shapes such as shells.  For a very limited time you can enjoy these unique treats from your own home.
